Tasting notes
Colour: intense ruby colour;
Nose: Fruity with aromas of ripe fruits, mineral notes and jam;
Flavour: The taste is fresh, soft and full-flavored thanks to its silky smooth tannins. The aftertaste is very persistent.
Pairings: it matches well-structured first courses, barbecued meats, mature cheeses, eggs, game, red meats in general.
