Tasting notes

Colour: pale straw-like yellow;
Nose: very intense bouquet; the nose reveals scents of white flowers, almond and dried fruit;
Flavour: tasty, elegant, mineral; it’s characterized by an important structure and a good balance between alcohol and acidity. Extraordinary aromatic persistence.
Pairings: It’s ideal with appetizers, seafood salad, fish and white meat dishes.
