Tasting notes: a light gold yellow colour with an aroma that recalls peaches and honey. A dessert wine, well structured and very harmonic.
Pairings: It goes well with well-aged and blue cheeses like Roquefort or Gorgonzola. It is the ideal wine pairing for foie gras.

Viniﬁcation: The morning fog encourages the development of Botrytis Cinerea (noble mold) that reduces the water content in the grapes, causing a bigger concentration of sugar and aromas. After a soft pressing, the must ferments in French oak barrel and aged for 14 months.
