Full and fruity structure. It is a gentle and spontaneous wine, whose tannins, not aggressive, are soft and velvety; great aromatic persistence.
Pairings: it matches well-structured first courses, barbecued meats, mature
cheeses, eggs, fresh and aged cold cuts, game, red meats in general.
